Interlude into reality: extreme health challenge edition

s: As much as we wish to the contrary, it's not all kinky fun and games all the time over here. As a matter of fact, it's very much the opposite today. You see, we voluntarily mutually agreed to do a 10-day challenge that includes some really sadistic requirements (wait, what?!) such as no sugar, alcohol, or processed foods; an hour of daily exercise; and a 500 calorie deficit.


Folks are grumpy around here.


Sweaty, hungry, grumpy folks.


It's not pretty.


But you know what motivates me? I always want to be my very best self - physically, mentally, emotionally - for D. If this can help me be my best self, count me in 120%. Done.
